2. DIRECTED READS: Erick & GUY will roam freely from session to session. They are absolutely free to speak up and add their comments if they like/or they are free to just listen. They are not here to judge! So be at ease! Please keep your reads to 3 minutes max.
3. LISTENERS LOUNGE READINGS: These are meant to be entertaining! Please try to keep the reads to 5 minutes or less or Paul Ruben will stare at you with disdain, Sean Pratt will look at you sternly and Jo Anna will give you an evil eye roll. NO ONE has to read and NO ONE has to listen. Go to the fire pit or bar if you like. We will try to keep these reads to an hour or an hour and half.

COACHES: JOHNNY HELLER, JO ANNA PERRIN, SCOTT BRICK, PAUL RUBEN, PAULA PARKER, CAROL MONDA, TOM DHEERE, DON BAARNS, JOEL LESLIE FROOMKIN

There are 25 singles (maybe more -depends on coaches!) & 14 doubles available at the venue and then we will use a nearby hotel if we need more room.
THERE WILL BE SEPARATE WEBSITE LISTINGS TO SIGN UP IF YOU ARE STAYING OFF-SITE (AT THE NEARBY HOTEL & IF YOU ARE COMING DAILY BECAUSE YOU LIVE NEARBY. THIS FORM IS ONLY FOR THOSE STAYING AT THE WARREN CENTER.

You can share a single with a friend and save money but you will be sharing a Queen size bed so make sure it’s a good friend!(they do have a few cots…)

There is a property 10 minutes away that has doubles & singles and I think they have a shuttle service.

STEPS YOU NEED TO TAKE TO GET A ROOM:

  1. YOU MUST CALL THE WARREN CENTER TO REGISTER FOR YOUR ROOM: 508-231-3000 and reference the New England Narrator Retreat. If you know you are rooming with someone, tell them that! (Rooms are limited at the venue – 1st come, 1st serve! We will use a nearby hotel if we need to!)
  2. Warren Center Rooms: –

Arriving Monday – Leaving Thursday

SINGLE – $642.96 for all 3 nights (plus the $559.22 food/event cost ) total you will pay Warren Center (without booze!): $1202.18
This is very similar to last year. We just broke it down here so you know exactly what you are paying for!)

DOUBLE -$772.20 @person (only 14 of these rooms! If you have a roomie in mind, tell them when you call to reserve your room)
This room will cost each of you: $386.10; add the $559.22 deposit and each of you will end up paying Warren Center $945.32 without booze.
We worked really hard to keep the price close to last year’s and I think we have done the best we could. We raised the workshop price only $25!
* You will get an email with links to the CC form you must fill out. Send the completed CC Form back to the Warren Center – [email protected] – with “New England Narrator Retreat” in the subject line!

WORKSHOP COST – $775 PAYABLE TO Mrjohnn[email protected] -paypal. (This is NOT the same as the Warren Center cost!)

Refunds: The Warren Conference Center has a good refund policy. You can cancel your room up to 3 days before the event. However, we cannot refund you your workshop cost if you cancel after June 15, as we will be charged for you.

If covid rears its ugly head and causes cancellations, that’s considered an “Act of God” and not a nice one at that. As to covid, we expect all attendees to be fully vaccinated. We will follow local and federal CDC guidelines on this issue.
